For boarding students, the dorm is a second home. Personalized rooms, a media room and study areas, and dorm counselors who live alongside students and know them well. The rhythm balances focus and fun — protected study hours on weeknights, then trips, game nights, eSports, farm-to-table dinners, and celebrations.
Take the Tour
A Structured Rhythm
Protected study hours run Sunday through Thursday, 7:30–10 PM — quiet, focused, and the same expectation for every student in the dorm. Outside of study hours, the calendar opens up: off-campus trips, game nights, eSports, farm-to-table dinners, and seasonal celebrations that turn a dormitory into an actual community.
Five Skills That Carry Into Adulthood
Dorm life here runs on a real curriculum, not just supervision. Our Residence Life Curriculum is built around five skills every student practices daily, in a way that’s meant to last well past graduation:
- Self-awareness — knowing your own patterns, strengths, and limits
- Self-management — running your own schedule, laundry, and workload
- Social awareness — reading a room that includes 30+ countries
- Healthy relationships — living well with roommates and floormates, long-term
- Responsible decision-making — the everyday judgment calls that add up
Dorm counselors live in the residence alongside students — not shift staff who leave at the end of the day, but people who know each student by name and see them at breakfast, at study hours, and everywhere in between.
