Family Portal & Payments
Grades, academic records, and tuition payments all run through our Family Portal (FACTS, formerly RenWeb). If your family already has an account, log back in below. New to the Family Portal? The front office can get you set up — contact us and we’ll send you what you need.
For anything the Family Portal doesn’t cover — uniform costs, camping fees, or an alternative way for international families to pay tuition — we also keep a secure Stripe payment portal open. Questions about either payment method go to studentaccounts@maharishischool.org.
School Calendar
The full school calendar — breaks, half-days, performances, and everything else — lives on our Calendar page. You can also subscribe directly so it shows up alongside your own:

Uniforms
Students wear a uniform from Preschool through High School — the exact requirements are in your division’s handbook below. Most items are available through Lands’ End using our school’s dress-code lookup, but as long as an item meets the guidelines, families are welcome to buy uniform basics wherever is most convenient.

Lunch
Our lunch program is organic and prepared on campus — whole grains, fresh produce (much of it grown in our own campus greenhouses or sourced locally in Fairfield), and protein from a rotating mix of legumes, tofu, dairy, chicken, and paneer. Preschool and Kindergarten lunch is billed each semester; every other student may take school lunch or bring a packed lunch from home.

- $9/day for Middle and High School students
After-School Program
Supervised after-school care is available for Kindergarten through 8th grade, Tuesday through Thursday from 3:30–5:30 PM, whenever school is in session. Students get a snack, homework help, and a mix of crafts, games, and outdoor time — $5 per day, purchased as a 10-visit punch card at the Central Office or at pickup. To register, email asp@maharishischool.org.
Parent Advisory Committee
Every grade has a parent representative on the PAC — a direct line between families and school leadership, sharing ideas and surfacing concerns before they become bigger issues. The committee is advisory (the school weighs its recommendations, not bound to act on them) and meets with the Head of School three times a year, in September, January, and May. Ask the front office who represents your child’s grade, or how to get involved.
