Building tomorrow’s leaders
Students can compete in 72 areas of business, testing content knowledge, creative solutions, and presentation skills. All of last year’s entries earned Top Ten at State, and six qualified for FBLA National.
Future Business Leaders of America
Each year, FBLA helps more than 200,000 middle school, high school, and college students prepare for careers in business. FBLA inspires and prepares students to become community-minded business leaders in a global society through relevant career preparation and leadership experiences.
Middle School: FBLA’s Middle School division introduces middle and junior high school students to the world of business. Members can explore careers and delve into business principles with real-world activities.
High School: FBLA High School helps students prepare for careers in business through academic competitions, leadership development, and educational programs. The FBLA High School experience should be tailored to individual members to ensure that they are gaining the knowledge, skills, experiences, and behaviors they need to be successful after high school. Based on these experiences, as well as the knowledge and skills gained through their Business Education program, FBLA High School members understand they can choose to: enter the world of work, join the military, continue with a Business Education Program in college, or select another focus for further education.
