Our students swim at Maharishi International University’s pools — an indoor pool for year-round use and an outdoor pool in the warmer months — part of the university-grade recreation facilities right on our shared campus.
Swimming here is about fitness and well-being rather than a competitive swim team: open swim, recreation, and physical-education use, alongside MIU’s broader recreation center — climbing wall, indoor track, weight room, and courts. For students who want more water time, Fairfield’s Cambridge Recreation Center adds indoor and outdoor pools a short drive away, and Waterworks Park offers seasonal open-water swimming and boating in the summer.
It’s one more way the campus extends past the classroom: places to move, reset, and stay well.
