Maharishi School is buzzing! As the first hints of Fall creep into the air, our students have been outside learning, playing, and building the relationships that will make this community so strong. I can almost see them spinning the webs that connect us all, and that will sustain us as we navigate the school year. From pressing apples and going on nature scavenger hunts to hiding in trees and playing basketball after lunch, we’re taking full advantage of the perfect weather.
In the classroom, life is just as active and robust. Our Chemistry students are learning about the conservation of matter by melting and reconstituting copper, while the MakerSpace has been the scene of countless creative projects involving glue guns, hand tools, and sewing. Our days are bursting with curiosity and creative energy.

Teachers introduced parents to their classroom and gave them a little taste of what it was like to be a student. There will be a similar night for Middle and Upper School on Sept. 25, details of which you’ll find in emails from Kaye Jacob, the Director of our Middle and Upper School.
